Ingredients
- 20 grams of couverture chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 boxes of Sofruco strawberries, washed and dried
Preparation
Cover a tray with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally, until melted, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat.
Dip the strawberries one at a time into the chocolate, turning them to cover them all to the same height and place them on the parchment paper. Let stand for 15 minutes so the chocolate finishes drying.
