- 1/2 kg plums
- 500g white sugar
- Water (only if necessary)
Wash the fruit well and cut. Put them in a pot that does not burn and add the sugar over the fruit, let stand with a closed lid for 12 hours.
Once the rest has passed, we can see that the fruit generates its own water, send it to a simmer until it begins to degrade and become sweet for about 40 minutes. Then let cool and serve in glass jars and seal well.
