- 24 dried plums
- 12 slices of bacon, cut in half crosswise
- 24 fresh sage leaves
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Wrap each plum in a sage leaf and top with a piece of bacon, firming with a cocktail stick. Put in a dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until the bacon is golden and crisp. Flip and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove the toothpicks and serve.
